Annual rental or monthly rental price could include salaries for 2 full-time studio assistants, or 2 part time studio assistants: 1 studio assistant (41 years ceramic studio experience) and assistant studio manager (9 years experience). Create your own program with your own curriculum, and they manage the studio.

The studio can also be rented by the week, month or year without staff.

Rental price includes fully-equipped ceramic warehouse studio (3,550 square feet), client list, outdoor kiln area and patio, use of kilns, student bathroom, use of all tools, library, equipment, kilns, laundry area, fully equipped charming studio apartment with private bathroom inside studio property (for artist-in-residence or professor), adjacent rented house for storage space and/or private studio, off-street parking, garden with large tent for outdoor classes, and basic living space with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom/shower.  All utilities (Gas LP, electricity and water), clay (4 low to mid-fire clay bodies Cone 04 - Cone 5), glazes, engobes and minerals paid separately.  The property has high security, 4 security cameras with monitor screen inside studio, ironwork window and door protections, electrified rooftop perimeter fence, robotic camera with movement sensor monitored and controlled from cell phone app, and alarm system.

All maintenance of the building, and the building and contents insurance, is the responsibility of the property owner. All maintenance of equipment, replacement of tools, additional equipment, damages to the space and its contents will be the responsibility of the renter. The rental agreement would require a detailed rental contract.

Equipment includes a Northstar Wall-mounted 4” Extruder with 35 die shapes, Bailey free-standing slab roller, one large gas car kiln (the actual kiln firing space is 120 cm high, by 105 cm wide, by 105 cm depth), 1 brand new SKUTT KMT 1227, a rebuilt SKUTT 1227-240 and an older but barely used CRESS FX-23P.
